Health & Energy: Learning proper portions & timing of meals

SECTION 1: 1.3.2.1.3

Quantity & Timing are Important
The more you drive your car, the more you have to fill up the tank.
When the tank is full, you stop filling it up.

The more you exercise, the more you have to eat.
When the stomach is full, you stop filling it up.

Conversely, if you repeatedly drove a car full out to the point where it completely ran out of fuel, then abandoned it on the side of the road & let it dry out for a long interval, only to fill up the tank to full and repeat the process, you would damage the car.

Your body prefers to have regular, lite meals.  About 4-6 small meals per day is excellent.

If you must eat meat, consider having it for lunch, verses breakfast or dinner.

Imagine someone fasting for a while.  Would you feed them a steak when they had their break-fast?  No.  You'd give them some soup, maybe some oatmeal etc.  Something easy to digest.

Your body requires a tremendous amount of water to regenerate organs while you sleep.
Your body requires tremendous amounts of water to digest food.
It cannot do both at the same time.

Meat takes more than 6 hours to digest.  Often as much as 12 hours.

If you are digesting while sleeping, you are not regenerating, and thusly you will feel very tired when you wake up, and, your body will fall into disrepair without sufficient regeneration time.
