Health & Energy: Alkalinity Explained

SECTION 1: 1.3.2.1.1a

Alkalinity
Just like a car, our body burns our food to produce energy.
When that food is burned, it leaves behind an ash residue.
That ash is either alkaline, or acidic (to varying degrees).

This is important, because in order to have health, your blood must have an ideal rating of 7.46.  This alkalinity is heavily influenced by the fuel that we intake (as well as some other areas which we'll talk about later).

You must have alkalinity in the blood to have energy, and health.

We can easily balance our pH by choosing a diet that is high in alkaline and low in acid-forming foods.

Include foods such as spinach, kale, broccoli, brussel sprouts, cabbage, raisins, bananas, apricots, citrus fruits, almonds, carrots, celery, tomatoes and millet.

Limit intake of carbonated drinks, animal protein, poultry, eggs, seafood, cereal grains, margarine, butter, cheese, pastas, peanuts, chocolate, coffee and tea.

Smoking, & alcohol breed acid in your body like a self-replicating plague.
