The Key to Awesome

As a martial arts teacher at Richmond's Best Martial Arts School, and as a passionate student and teacher of self actualization, self improvement, and "increasing the awesome", I tend to get the often facetious question of just "how to be awesome."

This blog/book is the result of me taking these requests seriously, and taking the time to extrapolate the concept of awesome.

In effect, breaking awesome down into ingredients and coming up with a step-by-step recipe for becoming the best version of yourself you could be.

To save on space, I've used the phrase "awesome" to describe the state of ultimate success in every area of your life. From fitness to mindset to finance to relationships etc. In essence, ultimate health + ultimate wealth + ultimate happiness + ultimate lifestyle + ultimate potential = "Awesome."
(its just easier to say "awesome")

This blog is updated every two days.  The reason for this, is that I believe each post will take approximately that long to digest, and grow from.  There is also homework which will expand upon ideas, which could take longer.

The homework is not meant to be done within the two days, and is instead, a method to inspire towards greatness on any individual topic.

If you are unsure as to which homework to do, I would answer "all of it" - but, if you are looking for a great place to start, please also check out the bibliography of awesome - as it is categorized into helpful sections.

As a final note, I love hearing your comments, suggestions, and questions.

Thank you all, and please, continue to send me your letters of success and accomplishment.  You're why I write in the first place :-)
So, enough mushy stuff yes?  Let's get right down to it:

What then, is... "the key to awesome?"

Read on :-)
