A diet that adds to your energy & health verses subtracts from it.
In order to have an Awesome Diet, you must have:
1) Knowledge of where energy comes from.
2) Knowledge of where all disease comes from.
3) Understanding of Timing & Quantity.
5) Understanding of proper hydration.
6) Knowledge of which foods fit these criteria.
